Reserve Birthday Message

On February 19th the U.S. Coast Guard Reserve will celebrate its 75th anniversary. The members of the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary congratulate our 8,100 Reserve shipmates for their many accomplishments and outstanding service over the years. Since 1941, Reservists have provided critical skills and experience that are vital to the Coast Guard’s ability to lead, manage and coordinate the national response to acts of terrorism, disasters or other emergencies in the maritime region. Please join me in wishing them a Happy Birthday.
